SERVICES & FEES

FEES 

Physician Appointment in person, via telemedicine or telephone:
New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation (75 – 90 minutes) - $525
Extended Follow Up or Psychotherapy (50 minutes) - $350
Brief Follow Up (25 minutes) - $175

Non-patient care services and Consultations
Court testimony - $500 per hour (for all hours reserved)
Records review and/or report writing – $350 per hour
Professional-to-professional consultation (no written documentation) - $350 per hour 

Late Cancellation and No-Show Appointment
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made directly through the patient portal. A credit card is required to be kept on file for all patient services. The following forms of payment are accepted through the practice: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and HSA cards. 

INSURANCE BENEFITS AND PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR FEES

Dr. Lippolis Condon is not an in-network provider for any insurance companies, Medicare or Medicaid. She will provide the necessary information for those who have insurance that cover out-of-network benefits. Your insurance company will then reimburse you for Dr. Lippolis Condon’s services. The amount of reimbursement you receive depends on your particular health plan. It will be your responsibility to pay for services, even if you had understood from your health plan that a portion of the charges would be paid by them.
